Founder of Amy Stewart Learning and Development Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Specialist

Amy Stewart

“I’m Amy Stewart, founder of Amy Stewart Learning and Development — a leadership development and early career consultancy created with one clear goal: to help businesses thrive by inspiring and developing talent, and driving results with impact and purpose.

I’ve spent over 25 years designing and delivering no-fluff, high-impact learning experiences across a multitude of industries — from financial services and government to tech, retail, adult education, and not-for-profits.
My passion is helping people unlock their potential, supporting leaders through transformational change and creating workplace cultures that people want to be part of.

My background includes a degree in Commerce and Tourism, a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training, and qualifications in Training and Assessment and Leadership & Management. I’m an accredited Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, LSI Practitioner, and certified in a range of evidence-based tools including Situational Leadership II, DDI Targeted Selection, GlobeSmart and Deloitte 360 Feedback.

Clients often describe me as a dynamic facilitator and engaging presenter who creates powerful, practical transformation — for individuals, teams and organisations. I love working with people who care deeply about their culture and their impact. I don’t just help develop leaders — I help build the kind of leadership and workplaces others want to follow.

Beyond work, my favourite way to spend my time is with loved ones — reading, travelling, volunteering, and continually learning. I lead with integrity, show up authentically and take pride in helping others grow.”
